Fathers For Autism
I am a road-worn father of an amazing autistic daughter and NT son. I started this blog to provide information, a sounding board and a voice for fathers of autistic children.
Reading that has brought a tear to my eye, my eldest son has recently been diagnosed with autism, and I have no idea how to handle him, I love him dearly and any help especially when it comes to discipline would be greatly appreciated, as all that happens is I end up shouting, he ends up sad or angry and I feel dreadful. I am totally lost and want to be as close with him as I am my youngest again.
